I’ve worked in a number of jobs over the years but trained as Chef in the 80s and worked in hotels for a number of years, but always had a passion for Music and Radio. Since working on Hospital Radio, I was lucky enough to work on a number of Commercial Stations across the UK. Later in life, finding the urge to act, appeared in a few films and TV shows from Emmerdale to Wild Child.

I am 42 years old and hoping to make the big time one day! Roll over Zoe Ball! My show Mid Morning Madness is 2 hours of fab music. All your favourites from across the decades and genres with a few lesser played tracks thrown in. The show airs at 10am till 12pm Monday to Friday with a different feature to get the grey matter working each day of the week. was brought up in SE London on a diet of Reggae, Soul and Jim Reeves (blame his Jamaican dad for that one). He has been known to spring onto the dancefloors of various Soul Nights, but as he`s got older its more of a crawl rather than a spring. Shirtys dress sense (loud shirts) have people questioning his sanity, but his choonz are good so we forgive him.

Born in Birmingham, Mike grew up in a family where music could always be heard around the home. Apart from his wife Julie, Mike`s greatest loves are music and dancing and he spent his younger years dancing at every opportunity, at Night Clubs in the Midlands where the music of the day was Soul, Motown and Funk.Mike has DJ'd for more than 40 years and though he is now 'retired' and living in Looe he frequently performs at local venues and events in and around the area, with a particular penchant for Soul, Motown and Funk. Hardly a retirement!

The Seventies Sound Sat 8am-10am
Dave Edwards has been associated with the world of Radio Broadcasting for over 40 years, having started as many do, in Hospital Radio. Over the years, Dave has worked for both commercial and publicly funded radio stations both here in the UK, as well world-wide. He spent some time broadcasting in the USA, Canada, and Indonesia. Having experienced the Seventies first hand, he has a genuine love for the popular music, of that particular decade. This special love of the 70's is reflected in his show called 'That Seventies Sound' which he produces and presents each and every week.
